This dual perspective provides a pragmatic understanding of how international ambition meets regional regulatory, commercial, and operational realities.
Over three decades in Indonesia, Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region, Karl has advised corporations, investors and boards on market entry, restructuring, capital strategy, and transaction execution.
